Service Description

How it works? 1) We schedule a call with you and get to know what exactly you are looking for when it comes to Yoga. Once we have that clarity and once you choose between an online yoga class or in-person yoga class(at present in select cities) we assign you a Yoga Teacher. 2) The Yoga teacher connects with you over the phone to understand your goal,body ailments/lifestyle disorders if any and prepares a tailor made Yoga Program for you. (You can even schedule a trial class with the Yoga teacher if the need be) 3) Once everything is finalized and the commercials are done we start the class officially. 4) The classes would be conducted 3 times a week for 4 weeks as per the schedule agreed upon by you and the teacher. (12 classes a month for an hour each).
