1) Considering your Fitness goal & current body conditioning our trainer will curate a training plan to help you achieve your goal. 2) You can either select an online training program or an in-person training program as per your comfort. 3) The training sessions are conducted thrice a week for 1 hour each - 12 sessions in a month & a home work is given to be done on your own for the other 12 Sessions, the updates of which needs to be shared with the trainer.
