Service Description
How It Works: 1) Initial Consultation: We start with a free consultation to understand your fitness goals, current body condition, and lifestyle. This allows us to create a training plan tailored to your needs. You’ll also have the option to schedule a complimentary session with one of our trainers to experience our approach firsthand. 2) Program Selection: After the consultation, you can choose an online training program that fits your preferences and schedule. 3) Personalized Training Plan: Based on your goals and feedback, our trainer will develop a customized training plan designed to help you progress effectively. 4) Live Training Sessions: Training sessions are conducted thrice a week via Zoom, each lasting one hour. Over the course of the month, you’ll complete 12 live sessions with your trainer. 5) Independent Workouts: In addition to live sessions, you’ll receive a personalized workout plan for independent training. You’ll share updates on your progress with the trainer, allowing for ongoing feedback and adjustments as needed.
