How it works? 1) We schedule a call between the Client & the Nutrition Coach to understand the client needs,goals,lifestyle etc. The coach will then suggest the best possible approach to achieve the goals considering the current scenario. 2) We capture all the relevant information from the client regarding his/her fitness goal,eating habits,likes-dislikes,daily schedule,weight,body statistics,diet history,medications etc on an email which helps the coach to prepare a customized,simple,easy to follow Nutrition Plan accordingly. 3) Once the plan is ready the Coach connects with the client to discuss and explain the client how the plan needs to be followed. 4) The Nutrition program then officially begins once both the Client & the Coach are on the same page. 5) The progress is tracked on a weekly basis by the Coach and accordingly the Plan is modified. 6) All your queries/concerns would be answered via whatspp/call/email within working hours apart from the weekly scheduled calls with the coach.
